Frustrating Landlord....Resolved Expeditiously!

A frustrating incident occurred with our previous landlord. All had been well with the property for the three years we had resided, however, when we requested our security deposit be returned, a form of “bully” and belligerence transpired that we were not prepared for. Bogus charge-backs, made up ...deficiencies and “additional” cleaning expenses were tallied, reducing our return deposit by 75%! Our friends referred us to Rachel O'Neal, a Portland, OR attorney. We met with Rachel and was instantly put at ease with her professional manner. Ms. O'Neal listened with intent, taking notes and asked thorough questions to ascertain the legitimacy our claim. After our brief interaction, she had a strategy determined, one that was founded in law, more important, one Ms. O'Neal knew would get the desired outcome. True to the plan the process did go, resulting in an expeditious, return of our security deposit in full from the landlord. Ms. O'Neal excels, because she takes pride in her knowledge of the law and how she uses it to help her clients. I am grateful for her help.
