Skilled and Compassionate Family Law Attorney
I initially got in contact with Taylor for a consultation through my friend who had worked with him for her divorce . He gave me all of the information I needed to self-file. My ex avoided service and filed his own divorce papers in CA where he lives. So it all became very complicated. I came back to Taylor and hired him to help me navigate through it all. He could not give me any advice on CA, but he was very skilled at helping me know what to do to ensure jurisdiction for the case would be here in OR. I had lived here for 2 years with my 10 year old son. Taylor was able to successfully get jurisdiction changed to OR. My ex challenged it in CA, but we prevailed. This was an incredibly stressful and emotional experience for me that went on for almost 2 years. Taylor stuck through it all with me and was a calm and patient sounding board for my concerns and questions. He is a saint for all of the times he talked me off the edge and helped me through it all. He answered every call in a timely manner and swiftly followed up on all the necessary documents and filings needed. I feel so blessed to have had Taylor as my attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone having to unfortunately go through a divorce. Taylor is incredibly skilled and compassionate. If there was an award for best Divorce Attorney in the state, Taylor would win it hands down.

Great Person and Lawyer
Taylor was able to help me navigate a complicated international divorce. He was thorough in his research, which allowed us to avoid some potentially sticky situations, and I am very pleased with the outcome that we achieved. Taylor,and his staff went above and beyond for our family this past year and a half. His compassion and understanding of family law made me feel confident that we had made the right choice in choosing our lawyer. What was supposed to be a fairly simple divorce modification,ended up being a lengthy process that resulted in a court hearing. Taylor was very well prepared for this and eased my nervousness by thouroughly prepping me beforehand. Without him we would not have prevailed in both the court hearing and supplemental judgement. I can’t express how fortunate my children and I are for what Taylor has done for us. We will always be grateful.. thank you Taylor.

Excellence and Professionalism
Taylor just assisted me through a very difficult divorce process in which to be frank, I was coming in as the underdog. I was a spouse earning very little, with two children at home full time, and my partner was refusing to help financially. I had had a few other consultations from very successful firms in the area who told me there was not a lot of hope for me and to take what I could get given my situation. I was miserable and scared. But I found Buckley Law and Taylor Murdoch. Taylor took this case and turned it upside down with excellent research into previous cases like mine, exhibits he took time to prepare for court, and most importantly he encouraged me to fight for myself every step of the way, even when I thought it was a losing battle. In a case stacked against me, we came out the winners in court and it was solely due to Taylor's research, preparation, and absolute belief in himself and me. He was firm and persistent, never backing down in court or with my partner's lawyer. Now I don't need to worry about money anymore and I can take care of myself and my children. I am so incredibly grateful to Taylor and his assistant, Erin, and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone in need of legal support.

Helpful and knowledgeable
Working with Taylor was easy. He made it easy with his clear, conscise information and quick responses. Taylor Murdoch - Brilliant and Excellent Attorney
It was a privilege to have Mr. Murdoch as my divorce attorney. My case was a complex one, but from the very beginning he clearly and completely explained what the case would entail and how he would handle each step. Relieved

Outstanding Family Law Professional
Mr. Murdoch and the team at Buckley Law are simply outstanding. My case involved a pretty complex series of steps in which we had to move jurisdiction from another state and then file several motions to initiate a new parenting plan while dealing with a difficult respondent. He listened intently to my situation, provided honest and clear feedback, and guided me through the options available to me. From that point forward, Mr. Murdoch ensured that deadlines were met and that each step along the way was carried out properly and as quickly as possible. Mr. Murdoch and his paralegal, Mark Warner, were quick to reply to my questions and provided thoughtful, direct answers.
