Mr. Rose reviewed our wills and medical directive. As we had moved from another state and felt that we should make sure our estate planning were in line with our new state. He was most helpful and never did we feel pressured into anything. Very Professional. Ken and Karen
On July 4th, 2007, my father passed away from a tragic accident. This event changed the direction of my life. At the time, I was a successful contractor, living in San Diego, CA. I loved San Diego, and I truly enjoyed serving my clients. My father's passing however, caused me to take a closer look at my own life to determine whether the path I was then pursuing would bring me the fulfillment I was seeking from a career.
Ultimately, I determined I wanted to go back to school for an education that would allow me to truly help others. Being an Elder Law attorney is a very rewarding area of law to practice in. I help my clients protect themselves, their families, and their estates from tragedies like incapacity and death.
