Use his connections

Mark is extremely well connected. He was highly recommended to me and he exceeded my expectations. I'm ugly and bipolar, and he did a stellar job defending me. It is unfortunate that people don't know how to work with attorney. They have a heavy case load and can't remember the details on the f...ly. They HAVE to refer to their files before giving an answer. Every case has it's own quirks. And people micromanage because they are infinitely more vested in the outcome (unless it's a contingent fee!--then BUYER BEWARE. you receive a 1/3 and get taxed on 100%). Mark even told me that. How honest is that? BTW, the outcome was better than I expected. Thank you Mark. You really helped me out of a legal nightmare.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
