I hired Joshua for a lemon that I owned and found him to be pretty forth right. The only minor issues I had with the experience was that when I talked to a secretary in one instance, she didn't have me on file, when in fact, I had already spoke with Joshua and filed a case. I also didn't quite unde...rstand the fees he charged from the settlement, it ended up being 50% of what the total settlement, and i thought it was supposed to be 20%. Other than that, he was experience in this sort of settlement and had dealt with FORD and explained exactly what would happen as it did.
