I worked with Allen Peters over a 10 month period on a simple case and ended up extremely frustrated. Communication was poor, with emails and phone calls unanswered, he often was not prepared when he had set up meetings (and then would request I come back another day), and never followed through and... delivered by the dates he promised. I ended up having to move on to a new attorney to manage my case.

We used Allan Peters in 2004/5 for my green card pursuits. All of our dealings with Allan were professional and courteous, and all went smoothly. Now, almost ten years later, I am going back for advice on leaving the country for a couple of years as a green card holder, or getting my citizenship. H...e definitely earned return business from me!

I hire this lawyer 1 year ago for immigration he charge me $3500 for his service plus application feeds in the first appointment I pay him $100 and he sad if I hire him he will discount this from the price witch he never did. So I pay him $1500 to star with the first application than I fill the appl...ication I -130 he turned in after this I was having trouble getting hold off him his secretary all say his busy he is in a meeting than when faintly got and appointment to work on but he never did anything I was in hurry to keep moving this case because I my wife was sick off cancer he ask me to pay some application 2 total was $318 I pay him after 2 week trying to talk to him I talk to him he sad the application are pay after other 2 weeks he sad he receive I code off these application that Hesse were approve after any new at all just waiting the case was not moving so I decide to take out the case from him I when and pick all my papers I check all off Tham and I found the he never pay the last 2 application he lie to me all he did was the I-130 and I ask him for some off my money he didn't want to return anything.
