Mark has been my attorney for over fifteen years. I have found him to be not only ecellent on fulfilling the above catigories but when he takes a case it's like the other person violated him personally. He may be knowledgeable, but he is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I went to Mr. Potter looking for help with my workers compensation claim, at first I was a little discouraged because he failed to call me back right away, waiting instead to call 2 days later. I brushed it off. Then after I sche...dule my appointment, he calls ME to tell me that he has to reschedule due to having to pick up some people at the airport. So there is my second strike as far as professionalism goes. Then we finally meet, and he is nice at first, but then once he made the decision in his head that I wasn't going to win my case, he turned very rude and condescending. My girlfriend and I both left appalled at the way he talked to us both! To put it in terms that are easier to follow, don't go to this guy, you can do better. He is just another rude and arrogant lawyer that feigns interest in you until the chance for money disappears, then it is get the heck out of my office.
