Who to Trust

In the beginning, Vince Bernabei told me that considering the length of my marriage and things my husband had done it would not be difficult to obtain certain financial compensation in the divorce. He was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable, so I chose to trust him. Each time we talked, the pote...ntial settlement amount grew smaller. Eventually, he told me that the settlement would depend on the judge. After eight months of legal negotiations, he finally informed me that because of the community property law in Oregon, the assets would be split equally. In the temporary separation agreement, it was agreed that I would pay both attorneys. Even though we settled out of court, the legal fees used almost all of my savings account. The financial and emotional cost of what should have been a fairly simple divorce were overwhelming.

Fast and the best experience ever ,brought high confidence my way !

I called and most attorneys didn't give me answers ,they didn't care to listen to my story ! Vincent did and cared about my child's wellbeing , I'd gone through pgs and pgs of Atternys, they kept telling me I wouldn't get full custody ! Vincent made it happen with God by our sides it was possible ! So... thank you so much Vincent for giving me confidence in what I believed in and deserved ,my the lord bless you and your family ! Very grateful

Knowledgeable, caring and helpful

After my mother passed there were issues with how my sister mis-used her power of attorney and executor position. Vince was very helpful in helping me understand my legal position and resolving the issues.
