Jennifer L Peckham

I have fifteen years of experience working full-time as a family law attorney and have been appointed by the Oregon Supreme Court to be a judge pro tempore to handle judicial settlement conferences for family law cases in Multnomah County.  In my career as an attorney, I have worked in the non-profit and private sectors, and have litigated more than 300 cases in the following counties:  Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, Yamhill, Columbia, Clatsop, Lane, and Benton.  I currently volunteer as a mentor attorney for the Women's Justice Project and occasionally for St. Andrew Legal Clinic.  I have authored the Modifications chapter (focusing on spousal support) of the Oregon Family Law Bar Book.  I also recently partnered with a retired judge to create an online CLE on spousal support for the Oregon State Bar Licensed Paralegal Program.  I sometimes act as a private mediator, offering sliding scale rates.  Helping clients navigate such a stressful experience as a family law case brings me great satisfaction and pride in what I do.
