My wife of 9 years served me with divorce papers out of the blue ( no warning ) and tried to steal my interest in what was our family home. She claimed that she had paid for it with "other funds of her own" a complete lie. When we were married I sold my house and used the proceeds to pay off what was... then her house, eight years later she tried to claim that she had paid for house on her own. With the grace of the Lord and the tireless work of Gary Carlson and Dina Weather's we were able to prove her to be the liar she is and recover my interest in the property. They did a wonderful job and I will be forever grateful to them.

I've used Gary Carlson for several legal matters and was impressed each time. I never felt talked down to or uninformed. Experience is a big factor, I feel in dealing with legal matters -- there's the law, and then there's what happens in the court system, precedents that have been set, and cases t...hat reveal the behavior of jurors, etc. Gary helped our family with a personal injury case which went well, as well as advised us on helping a relative being charged with a crime. He told me also in one instance that he would take the case, but was honest about the outcome and that he wouldn't pursue it, saving me quite a bit of money.
