As a non-native English speaker, Jeanilou has a way of explaining legal concepts that is simple to understand. I needed to leave my joint business between my partner and I, while also navigating additional factors such as my initial investment, company debt, and being a guarantor on the lease for our... retail store. Jeanilou drafted an agreement that provided a clean separation with a transfer of shares and removal from loans and lines of credit. She also added protections for me from potential future debt and default on debt repayment.
