Arbitrators and mediators like myself must reflect integrity, fairness, courtesy, attentiveness, compassion and patience, while clearly and unequivocally disregarding arrogance, authoritativeness, officiousness and self-importance. All parties must be, and well as believe, that they were treated fairly, respectfully and impartially during the ADR process.

Great Arbitrator
Handled in a very impartial and fair way a very contested and contested discharge grievance of a Union President. Also issued an exceptionally well-reasoned written decision. Both Employer and Union representatives intend to use his arbitration services on a more regular basis.
"I endorse this lawyer. He is a wonderful and effective arbitrator, mediator and does a great job. I highly recommend him. His many years of experience as a Judge and on the bench makes him a superb and extraordinary and effective mediator, arbitrator and attorney. 808 2555017"
