I have acted as the Arbitrator in a multitude of grievance disputes between the Teamsters and the Oahu Transit System (private sector) as well as labor disputes between public and federal sectors emplo ... yers and unions. Approximately 50% of the cases in which I render a final and binding decision and award are on the mainland United States and the other 50% are in Hawaii.
