A Great Lawyer To Have On YOUR Side
Mr. Brower successfully helped me with my case against a major company that disrupted my life. I talked to other law offices that dealt with employment law and they told me that I had no case. Then I called Mr. Brower's office and on our initial meeting, he sounded very confident and I felt that he truly wanted to help me. On our deposition of the other adverse employee defendant, he was very prepared to ask the tough questions in order to get to the bottom of the truth. I won because of Mr. Scot Brower and his determination and firm resolute to see that justice was served and help people like myself who need a strong legal protector and he protected me because he knows the legal system. Mr. Brower really cared about my case and I have always gone back to him for legal advice. He is adept, determined, and fair to see things through. He helped me and he can help you too.

Professional and Knowledgeable!
Mr. Scot Brower is professional and very knowledgable in the field - I recommend reaching out for legal advice regarding employment! Reached out for quick legal advice regarding an employment claim and was satisfied with my consulting experience. Due to the urgency of my situation, I was worried he would not have enough time to work with my case but he was very responsive! Within the first 5 minutes of the call, he was able to provide feedback of possible claims without the need for personal information or documents. I was impressed with his response and moved forward with a remote consultation. He immediately called back with all options available including possible outcomes. I appreciated his honesty and transparency without the pressure to take action. Moving forward, I will definitely keep in touch with Scot Brower as a recommended attorney in the future. Reading through previous reviews - I feel its the client's responsibility to know your intentions and prepare questions before calling or reaching out. Initially, he did not request documentation or employment details until moving forward with the consultation. Lawyers want to help but will not waste time if they are unable to receive information needed to provide legal support.

If you want the best, don’t look any further.
My husband and I have been working with Mr. Scot S. Brower in many different cases in family court over the last couple years and has made a not-exactly-pleasant experience smoother than I could have imagined. Mr. Brower is extremely professional, intelligent and always available to discuss any of our concerns. He was extremely accurate in his judgement and knowledge of the situation and of his specialty, divorce and family law. He is proficient and very fair when allocating our time and money, always professional in court, and a tough negotiator. What separates him from the rest is that he truly and personally cares for his clients and their families and strives to get the best outcome for everyone involved. He is always supportive and available, going the extra mile during a very difficult time and helping his clients move on with their lives as intact as possible. Whether you are dealing with child support or difficult divorce, you can expect the highest caliber of attorney from this firm. As far as consultation goes, his services are almost priceless. Highly recommended.

Life saver! The go-to lawyer when you need the best
I was faced with the text-book toxic divorce case. I didn’t know who to turn to, but reading the excellent reviews for Scot Brower, I took my chances and he did not disappoint!! Facing down such defense tactics as defamation, attempts to ruin my career and lose my security clearance, as well as seeking extreme, uncompromising, and undeserved alimony amounts that would have bankrupted me and put our child’s education at risk, Scot was there to face down lies with the law and I won the day. This was no small feat, as the defense firm - a well known divorce “factory” thrived in the use of intimidation tactics to force a “settlement” based on fear. I learned through the unprofessional ethic employed by the opposition from seeking deceit-based continuations, not disclosing a judge was a former employee of the defense team, and the list goes on - Scot advised me to hold my ground and was always on point. He met the adversarial defense lawyers intimidation techniques head on and did not flinch - I am so happy I didn’t give up and stuck with Mr. Brower. He is a true and righteous fighter for his clients and is the lawyer you need at your side. Stalwart, focused, and experienced, he was able to outpace and out-lawyer the opposition at every turn. Without reservation I give Scot Brower my highest recommendation and would seek his services time and again. His professionalism, deep understanding of family law, true empathy for those that serve our nation - he saved me from bankruptcy, my career from ruin by hearsay, and gave me the opportunity to move on into a new chapter in my life and continue to provide for my child in a meaningful way. Thank you Scot!!

Awesome attorney
Mr. Scot S. Brower is an amazing attorney. I am so appreciative for everything he did for me since I was victimized and felt very hopeless. Mr. Brower brought my case to justice and without his legal services; I would not have won my case. I had a difficult case to win since there was insufficient evidence or any witnesses. However, Mr. Brower provided me with excellent legal advice with his more than 30 years of practice. He extended his time to prepare me for the trial, even with his extremely busy schedule. With Mr. Brower's professional guidance and expertise, I won my case. If you want a knowledgeable, professional and qualified attorney who will be with you all the way, I would highly recommend Mr. Scot Brower. I am very appreciative for everything Mr. Brower did for me

Child custody
Highly recommended most recent I went through a child custody and visitation hearing. The absentee parent hasn't been active in my childrens life as I was awarded sole physical and legal custody in 2011. The absentee parent believed from others that my child was being neglected mind you the absentee parent hasn't resided in Hawaii 16+ years and obtained an attorney filing a motion to over turn the previous judges order in an attempt to gain full and sole legal/physical custody of my child. The absentee parent and attorney tried to whine the clock down to limit my ability to obtain my own attorney in which I came across Mr. Brower who took my case in a short amount of time. I admit in the beginning I was skeptical and worried that I am sure I drove Mr. Brower crazy at times with all my repeated phone calls and emails to the point Mr. Brower himself kindly spoke to me of relaxing and take it one step at a time as I'm getting way to head of myself. With the strong support I already had it was said to me that I must TRUST my own attorney hence forth I took that to heart and became confident that Mr. Brower knows what he is doing and truth be told he is very compassionate very detailed Oriented very sharp and quick of knowing when to object how and what to question while cross examing the other party. I did read the other reviews and I question the negatives because Mr. Brower is no way near what the negative reviews say. I am happy to say that with Mr. Brower I still maintain sole and full legal/physical custody of my child. I practically and merely laughed so hard when the other attorney tried to challenge Mr. Brower knowledge on a particular Subject as Mr. Brower knew what the proper process is and to describe the other attorney well it appeared that he acted like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. Not only does Mr Brower have knowledge he also has the experience. Though I still have another matter to go through that ties into the child custody i definitely will keep Mr Brower as he just isn't my attorney nor this isn't a one time deal No Mr Brower is part of my family and if anyone ever needs an attorney Mr. Brower is highly highly recommended.... No words can ever describe the gratefulness and gratitude with the ULTIMATE respect my family has for Mr. Brower.....the Charbonnet/McDermott

A Great Lawyer and An Advocate for Justice!
Mr. Scot S. Brower is the most amazing, tireless, detail oriented and most effective lawyer you could ever imagine. He is a man who stands for Justice and genuinely cares about his client. He is passionate in his belief that America is the greatest country on this earth because of our longstanding tradition of jurisprudence and that those within the system who would ignore the Constitution in their quest for political expediency must be defeated. He believes in being a counterbalance to a system that has become politicized by various groups who create phony victims and seek to bring down those who are accused of a particular crime, regardless of their guilt or innocence. He is highly skilled at bringing out the truth in front of a jury and finding out if someone is lying, regardless of how well they have been trained to conceal this. He has a near photographic memory whereby he can recall specific statements made by someone, rapidly process what is being said and find the right words to impugn falsities during a cross examination. He goes the extra mile to ensure impeccable preparation for your court appearance. He is unbelievably good at ascertaining what information is relevant to the case and what is extraneous. At a time when your emotions may get the better of you, he is the steady force of reason that will not let you go astray. I literally owe my life to Mr. Scot S Brower. Without his phenomenal performance during my case, I may not have been able to retire from the United States Army after 25 years. He is the '27 Yankees of trial lawyers! God Bless Mr. Scot S. Brower!

Great Lawyer
I hired Scot about two years ago and was very pleased with his services. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and the outcome of my case. He took time to get to know me and worked very hard on my defense. I believe the favorable outcome I had is due to his hard work and dedication. I would definitely hire him again (but hopefully don't ever have to) and recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

Helpful With My Case
In review of Mr. Scot S Brower, I have only good things to say. He was easy to contact and prompt to return my calls. He advised me on actions that I could take regarding a dispute I had with a former employer, and he guided me in the right direction to settle the dispute efficiently and at the lowest cost. He listened to what I had to say regarding the situation, and he was quick to share the State Laws that bolstered my case. I appreciate all of his help, and I would recommend him should you need legal help.

one happy client
This was my first experience with a lawyer, and I am so happy I chose Scot! He helped me during the most difficult time in my life. He answered the phone whenever I called, gave me hours of advice, and truly prepared me for the hearing. I would hire Scot for any future legal needs.

I hired Scot for a child custody case. Pros he does not charge except for actual work; he doesn't charge for emails or phone calls, he only charges for prep and court time. He can be on top of it when he wants; Ive seen him do an amazing job in court, way outshining the other attorney. He is very knowledgable and always very responsive. The one negative is his performance is not consistent, and that matters in court; you cant have an off day during a hearing. Some days he could not remember aspects of the case or did not remember to send me documents.

I hired Scot for a high conflict custody battle with my felonious ex. I believe my case was way to over his head and he was not capable of handling it. I have so much things in my favor,I've never been arrested, journeyman in the union, house, car, etc. My ex is a convicted felon and doesn't even have her license because of her multiple duis and she's not from my state. My ex tried multiple times to get me arrested on bs to gain the upper hand. I was served by the SWAT team right before our first custody hearing. At the TRO hearing I had so much evidence to disprove her claims but he didn't want to use it because it made the relationship sound volatile he said. It was things like her apologizing for trying to sexually assault me one night and how she previously tried to get me on harassment but immediately contacted me to meet her after she wasn't granted a protection order. He didn't even bring up the fact that she sent me her sextape while under this false tro. It was clearly her voice and I even had Google support verify that someone else hacked my account and sent it. The audio is clearly her as she has a distinct southern accent. If anyone talked to her for a minute they would recognize her voice. Why would you not bring that up? When I first hired him I asked him what about her belongings. He said 30 days and do what you want. At pre trial be said the closest thing they had against me was I sent a pic of her belongings about to be trashed. . But I only did that because she ghosted me for weeks about son so I assumed they were abandoned or they left to her home state. I gave her 15 weeks notice. He never even brought up that the very next message I had sent was that I still couldn't do that. It was literally the next message. He never brought up that she told me she was at the ala Moana hotel and that I didn't know but it turned out that it was a dvac safehouse. I was going there every other day to take them to the doctor. I had no idea. I have proof of everything I'm saying. All our messages were printed out in a PDF format too. He advised me to take a civil order and every other attorney I talked to after and showed them what I have said they would have fought it and gotten it dismissed. I was awarded joint legal at least. My final straw and the reason why i felt I could no longer trust him is because I had sent what my ex sent me in the talking parents app and asked her to not do that to harass or provoke me. She tried to get me arrested for that and the next day a cop came to arrest me. After showing him and explaining what happened he told me what to write so I wouldn't get arrested. He said why didn't your attorney make it a mutual restraining order so you can be protected. I called him after and asked and he told me "well unfortunately she can do that, suck it up". Wow. Ok. He have me no guidance over the course of 5 months I think when I hired him in December. He never even fought for me for custody or visitation and that worked against me. Like I said earlier, I have no record and no drug addictions and never been to rehab. My ex has though and I have proof of everything. I even have a section in my binder that was just her suicide threats. He was extremely disorganized as well he had their discovery questions for two months and gave them to me the day before they were due. Be never even told me to write anything either for them. when i finally had enough, and wrote a letter about my disappointment, he spent more time talking to me about how much of a better attorney he was than any other attorney that he didn't know who I was even talking to yet. That was the most he talked to me. My current attorney, did more for me in one week, than the course of 5 months that I had Scot. My regret was hiring him and wasting 8k. He took over 3 weeks to give me my file back also. Maybe I'm wrong but that seems like a long time to make some copies. I'm just grateful I have a good attorney now. I will be filling a complaint.

Changed lawyers when he wouldn't listen to me. All of a sudden my retainer was all used up.
He wouldn't listen that I didn't do an assault. The victim even changed their statement to what the witness, their friend, said 5 days later. My story never changed. I was pushed hard, almost to the ground and I "apparently" hit once then walked away.. My arrest report was enough to have it thrown out. 4 different dates, places and times of the incident and arrest, said I was wearing the wrong color and style clothes, my hair and eye color were wrong. The list goes on. All I heard was you're going to jail for 5 years unless you use a mental defect defense because of TBI causing blackouts. He couldn't even get proof of my medical condition admitted, let alone anything to do with a botched arrest report. I fired him and hired another attorney. Then I get a letter in the mail that he used my retainer to research a mental defect defense. After I told him no I don't want that defense, I have witnesses that I didn't even do it! I just know what other people say. He wouldn't listen to my witnesses and the police only took 1 statement of a friend of the "victim". I spent so much money using him that I had no choice but to plea guilty with no jail, but probation. He couldn't even get the DA's office to say no jail time. It was always "they won't accept a plea unless you serve jail time". The 2nd attorney did a great job, but we wasted all of our money on this guy that didn't listen to me and overcharged. His final bill stating that he used the thousands and thousands of dollars we gave him, he used the majority on researching a defense I said I didn't want, his addition didn't even add up. According to his math, he still owed me $1,600. I called about it and was told that the money we gave him was used on researching the mental defect defense. He still didn't listen. Now I'm out over $40k and didn't have enough money with a great attorney to take it too far. At least I didn't have to go to jail.

Response from Scot Brower July 12, 2014
This commentator lacked the discipline of commitment. His statement there were witnesses who would have provided exculpatory evidence is false, and he knows it. This is one of the reasons he failed to identify himself in his nameless commentary. In truth, the witnesses observed the commentator to be drunk in a bar, and that he struck an innocent patron, without any provocation. I was in the midst of preparing a winnable defect defense, however, the commentator quit and gave up. He hired some other lawyer, and then pled guilty. The commentator now has a felony conviction, which will remain on his court record for life. The commentator will have great difficulty getting desirable employment, with his felony conviction. He can also forget about obtaining a federal job, because of his felony conviction. If he had the discipline of commitment, and been smart ,he would have stayed with me, and focused on winning instead of whining. Scot Stuart Brower Esq.
