I hired Scot for a child custody case. Pros he does not charge except for actual work; he doesn't charge for emails or phone calls, he only charges for prep and court time. He can be on top of it when he wants; Ive seen him do an amazing job in court, way outshining the other attorney. He is very kno...wledgable and always very responsive. The one negative is his performance is not consistent, and that matters in court; you cant have an off day during a hearing. Some days he could not remember aspects of the case or did not remember to send me documents.
