Jared was referred to our organization through a mutual friend. His patience and willingness to work through our process in a time of high pressure brought a sense of relief and comfort to the overall process. He walked us step by step through the 501c3 application process, supportive documents and language needing development, and educated us on legal modifications to become approved and legitimate. This indirectly helped us to further build out our business operations, which was extremely helpful. Most notably, after submission, Jared advocated for our organization with respect, honesty and clear direction. In a situation where the IRS did not feel our organization's purpose and mission met the standards to their traditional definitions for charity, Jared negotiated between both the IRS and our leadership about how to understand each other in order to meet the IRS qualifications and to move our organization forward. As a result of his work and efforts, Envision Hawaii has been approved as a 501c3 non-profit organization. From a cost perspective, the best I can describe is that my board directors were very pleased with the outcome relative to the cost. We did agree to a fee for service. Jared was upfront and honest about his time commitments and efforts that needed to be put into this. I made the executive decision to honor his request, and I have no regrets. In the end, no one could be happier.

I contacted Jared on a whim and he took the time to listen to my situation (regarding a personal injury case) and provided me with enough feedback for me to feel comfortable moving forward. Throughout the process, he was available, communicative, and thorough - always following up with me to let me ...know where we were in the process. He was patient with me and my questions and never made me feel as though I was a bother. The end result was one I was very satisfied with. I left messages for this attorney to see if he would be able to help me with my case and he said he would send me his email address so I could send him my documents and he never did. I tried to contact him several times only to be ignored. I left messages for other attorney's on AVVO and couldn't fin...d anyone that would give me a call back or they were too busy or my case was not big enough for them.
