Jason Shelton Lohr

I graduated magna cum laude from Portland State University and received my J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. I handle intellectual property, complex litigation, and commercial litigation matters. 

I primarily work with startups, small and mid-sized businesses, and companies in a variety of creative industries. As a former business owner, I understand the complex range of issues my clients face and work hard to provide useful and timely legal guidance. I believe that all of my clients should have a strategy to protect their interests and avoid unnecessary disputes. Even so, disputes do arise. When they do, I diligently represent my clients' interests in federal and state court, before arbitration tribunals, and in other dispute resolution forums.
