My wife & I used a diy software product to create a will and trust. After attending one of Obenauf's dinner seminars, we became concerned that the will and trust we created were inadequate. A bonus to the seminar was a no cost consultation which we used to have her review our will and trust. Meg poin...ted out items that were outdated, insufficient and not applicable to Hawaii. Additionally, our family circumstances had changed and we were having trouble deciding how to handle them. Meg, having dealt with a variety of family situations, explained to us various options to meet our needs. With her guidance, we were able to put together a new will and modify the trust to suit our current desires. We are very satisfied with the results. ps: I'm not sorry I used the diy approach first. Reading through the various steps took many hours of study, but we gained a pretty good understanding of the process and it helped us make the right decisions for the new will/trust.
