Each team member was extremely polite and professional every time we connected. I bombarded them with questions and ne...ver once felt like I was being a "pest." They wanted me to understand it all and were always happy to help me do just that. (I paid a flat rate so all communications were included.) They have the timeline down. My husband and I received an invitation in the mail from Obenauf Law Group, to attend a dinner/Estate Planning presentation. Having attended a similar event in the past, where the presenting attorney was late, and NO meal was provided, I was hesitant. Because I was in need of learning about setting u...p a Trust, I rsvp-ed and dragged my husband along. The presentation was phenomenal (as was the food!). Meg was witty, smart and down to earth. I kept the folder of information I received, as we were just not ready to spend the money and set up the Trust. About a year later, as our life situation enabled us to proceed, I met with Meg and hired her to set up our two (2) Trusts and Wills. It was a smooth, easy, process, and Meg interpreted the "legalese" for us that we did not understand, with simple word pictures and illustrations. There were no extra costs and we were allowed a 4 increment payment plan. I found Meg to be extremely trustworthy, responsive, and incredibly knowlefgeable. Having a special needs daughter, I am now so at peace, knowing that our small Estate is in order and safe. Her staff is kind and helpful, and I can call to ask questions at any time, even after everything has been set up. Just this week, her office delivered a wonderful "thank you" gift - an awesome custom lemon cake. What an amazing experience we had with Meg and her staff !!
