Damir Anver Kouliev

A less than pleasant experience. I originally contacted Mr. Kouliev for a tenant/ landlord dispute I was having. If you want someone that is personable and will communicate with you through calls, look elsewhere. I payed up to $500 in this case to have no real results from the attorney or the person ...that was being addressed. In order to get a call, you have to pay a $250 consultation fee. This confuses me if I’m paying you to draft a document, isn’t it reasonable to have a conversation? The person I was attempting to contact was extremely unprofessional and uncooperative to which I sought out guidance from the individual I was paying to help (Mr. Kouliev) and never received a response and it’s been almost a month. I would not recommend

Let me start by saying the Damir Kouliev is extemely professional and respectful. He will listen to your story, collect all of the facts and he will fight for you. I knew after my initial consultation with Damir, that my case was in good hands. Damir made a very stressful situation feel more manag...eable. He was able to text with me if I needed an update or clarification on an issue. Damir represented my entire case with professionalism and he was able to get me the every best possible outcome. In one word, Damir is patient and efficient, and hence, just simply amazing. From the very beginning of this unfortunate incident, Damir patiently communicated with me both clearly and concisely, which is rare in lawyers.
