I got an excessive speeding ticket (a misdemeanor) during my vacation in Big Island. I made a mistake in my hurry to get to the tourist site. I called Damir when I was served with a criminal complaint. I scheduled a consultation by phone for the following day. He sent me a link for payment and we sent him a detailed summary of the incident and a couple of photos. The next day we spoke again, he reviewed the photos and detailed summary ...and asked very specific questions. After he fully understood my issue, he suggested possible solutions from a full dismissal to a no contest plea. He agreed to take our case and sent us a link for payment. For only 2 days left and don’t know what to do and where to start , for a very short time that I got serve for a case that I didn’t even do.
