Terrance M. Revere

In response to a referral from another Attorney, I engaged the services of Revere & Associates, LLC. Regrettably, they were touted as the premier legal representation for individuals seeking to challenge associations that disregard their residential obligations and fiduciary responsibilities. Desp...ite my initial acceptance of the case, I have not had the opportunity to communicate with Terry, nor have I received any return phone calls or emails. My entire case has been handled by another Attorney within the firm, without any prior notification that I would not be represented by Terry. I strongly advise against entrusting Revere & Associates, LLC with your legal matters. Their lack of ambition and professionalism is evident in their delayed responses and tendency to prolong cases. They bill clients for excessive expenses without demonstrating the necessary follow-up or accountability.

I contacted the Revere Law office in early April, 2020 due to my condominium legal issues in Maui. They checked for a conflict of interest in the history and I filled out the necessary intake form. I sent five pages of legal documents explaining my situation. I mentioned the name of the AOAO and the ...defendant. I had several conversations for the next several weeks. Instead of Revere’s law firm stating at the very beginning that there was a conflict of interest they kept me in limbo wasting valuable time. They collected details knowing all along that they weren’t going to assist me. This is the letter I received from them after one whole month: “I reviewed all the issues and I am afraid that our firm is conflicted due to our current representation of. . . I do wish you all the luck. . .” This message should have been conveyed on day one! Why did it take one whole month to determine if there was a conflict? This was very disappointing that the Revere Law Firm was not forthright. They wasted my valuable time.

When I found myself the victim of a situation whose circumstances were out of my control and a resolution appeared hopeless, Terry and his firm literally came to the rescue. No legal process is ever easy, but Terry and his firm were professional, have unmatched legal expertise, and (just as impo...rtant) an ability to explain the complexity of everything happening so I could make the best choices possible. Terry and his firm were there to aggressively defend me when I didn’t even know how to defend myself. So now, not only do I have a legal resolution that achieved our goals from the beginning, but I have closure and can move on from a painful period in my life. That is priceless. I can recommend Terry without reservation. In fact, if you have a legal need and don’t hire Terry, you’ll likely lose because the person sitting across the table from you might find him.

Perhaps one of the best attorneys I have ever come across. Highly professional and reliable. Gives a peace of mind... Also, an amazing level of confidence. Honestly, an unbelievable attorney and even a better person. From the moment we met, I knew that he is the right person for my family. Our case ...was a bit complicated and it took some time for us to win this, but without any doubt, this would not be possible if we had not work with Terry. Highly recommended!!!!
