Terrance M. Revere

In response to a referral from another Attorney, I engaged the services of Revere & Associates, LLC. Regrettably, they were touted as the premier legal representation for individuals seeking to challenge associations that disregard their residential obligations and fiduciary responsibilities. Desp...ite my initial acceptance of the case, I have not had the opportunity to communicate with Terry, nor have I received any return phone calls or emails. My entire case has been handled by another Attorney within the firm, without any prior notification that I would not be represented by Terry. I strongly advise against entrusting Revere & Associates, LLC with your legal matters. Their lack of ambition and professionalism is evident in their delayed responses and tendency to prolong cases. They bill clients for excessive expenses without demonstrating the necessary follow-up or accountability.

I can recommend Terry without reservation. In fact, if you have a legal need and don’t hire Terry, you’ll likely lose because the person sitting across the table from you might find him.

Terry Revere won my case and got a settlement that was much more than I expected. Not only did he win for me, but he was there for me every step of the way. I am a Hawaii condo owner who had enough of our board of directors outrageous behaviour. At one point my telephone lines were cut, my fax ...lines were cut and my security system disabled. Condo boards should not be allowed to abuse owners. I happened to meet with some Hawaii property managers who told me about a superb attorney who specialised in condo and property law - Terry Revere. Terry Revere went up against the board of directors at my condo association (at the time there was a lawyer on the board), the association attorney, the association insurance company and the insurance company lawyers - and won against them all. The end result was worth all the time and effort. We have a new board of directors and owners are now treated with respect. However... The lawyer who was on our past board recently had a problem with his unit and said, if the new board does not fix my problem soon - I am calling Terry Revere!
