I hired Alita 3 yrs ago I live on Kauai and she's from Oahu. She came here once and I've been emailing and telephone off and on 3 yrs. Ive been in VR for awhile and she tried telling me thats the reason my settlement offer was low. Blaming me for trying to get back to work. She takes 6-7 even up to t...en days to respond to emails i sent her. which is totally unacceptable being that is our only form of communication. She says something in an email then tells me something opposite on the phone. When i called her out on it she acted like a little child and hung up on me . I thought she was for the worker but now i feel she works for the insurance companies. She didn't even wanna try to get me a fair settlement when i told her what i and many other lawyers thought my injury was worth. What a complete waste of 3 yrs..i will be contacting the bar association about how i was treated. She talks over you and interrupts you when your trying to explain things. Definitely do not hire this so called workers comp lawyer ....i certainly wish i hadn't
