I had consulted with over 9 different firms and attorneys in the search for someone to represent me in what seemed to be a contentious battle. I did not nearly make as much as my son's father, so my presumption of having less led me to believe that this would be a losing battle. Alita accommodated my financial situation in the most practical way possible. My son's father was filing for sole custody so this process was extremely daunting. I would definitely recommend Alita because she fought for my son. We met a couple hours before the hearing to review my concerns and lay out a plan for the day. We were able to settle before the hearing and Alita made sure that my requests and concerns were known. We settled for 50/50 joint custody! I am elated that we came to terms with what was best for my son and Alita was very comforting in this whole process. Highly recommend her!

From the moment I got off the phone with Alita after my free consultation, I knew she would be the one that I will be hiring to help me with my divorce and custody battle just by the connection we had.
