Do not hire. She continually speaks down to me like a child, has failed to defend me her client for recommendations she makes. She is friends with Stacy Herhusky and will just rack up the billable hours "negotiating" with Stacy and you will be stuck with the bill. She over promises, and under deliver...s every time and will take no responsibility for it. Delays communication and then blames me for it.

Worst lawyer ever DO NOT HIRE! I hired Rachel for a DVRO case in Truckee, She showed up to one hearing it got pushed to continuum which was a 30 min process. Then she stated because FL has jurisdiction over child that it wouldn't be a difficult case your retainer is $2500. I gave her the 2500, then i...n just 1 month after telling me this is going back to florida dont worry about spending much money she racked up $4500 in charges. $2000 being phone calls with opposing side lawyer which got no where and 2 hours of research for UCCJEA loopholes. Never contacted me never notified me we were over my retainer basically left me out to dry and said Ill need that other 2000 or your by yourself going forward. She is a scammer and didnt even look presentable at the hearing! Submitting formal complaint to CA BAR.
