Rachel M. Crus

I am attorney Rachel M. Crus. As a long-time family law attorney and a divorced parent, I understand both personally and professionally the emotional ups and downs you face. I have extensive experience working with clients in crisis and a background in psychology to assist me in providing you all the support you need to navigate the issues you are facing. As a trained and skilled mediator, I have the tools and creativity to think outside the box and craft unique resolutions that are all but ordinary. I also encourage and assist in keeping conflict low to lessen the emotional and financial costs typically associated with negotiating divorce and custody issues, while keeping a focus on trying to set parents up for a positive co-parenting experience down the road. When “amicable and cooperative” isn’t an option, my aggressive representation of my clients works to protect your interests both in and out of court.
