Do not hire. She continually speaks down to me like a child, has failed to defend me her client for recommendations she makes. She is friends with Stacy Herhusky and will just rack up the billable hours "negotiating" with Stacy and you will be stuck with the bill. She over promises, and under deliver...s every time and will take no responsibility for it. Delays communication and then blames me for it.

I signed into contract with Rachel in the early stages of the Covid shut-down. This was a marital settlement issue and needed to be addressed in Family Law. We could only communicated by email and a few phone calls. Her email communication was not consistent and responses were sometimes delayed. I d...o not believe she used the expertise of my Trust attorney to the extent necessary, therefore our last resolution was a compromise to her and a lot of unknowns to me. The communication with the other party was lacking in specific requirements or response time, which lead to what I view as a demand to stop. She reached out months later after no communication, then never responded again. I will definitely need a different family law attorney if and when I revisit this issue.
