Years of Dedicated Services to My Family

Thank you for the many years of help with my parents. Correcting the scam trust they had made for them by the traveling legal "helpers" from Nevada was huge. Also when things were not your area of expertise you found competent local attorneys to help out. I am always pleased when we meet around town ...as I consider you more than our family attorney. In looking out for our best interests you have also earned my calling you "friend."

I would NOT reccomend you use Tom Andrews

Tom Andrews is rude, condesending and I am actually shocked that he specializes in "helping" the elderly. Tom ventures into areas where he has no experience or expertise in. Very disappointed in his professionalism and would never again use nor would I recommend him.

Litigation is difficult, and one of the most emotional events people may experience in their lifetime. This client had to deal with a very difficult situation, which was ultimately resolved favorably. I wish her all the best in the future.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Having litigated against Tom Andrews on several occasions, I can say without equivocation that he is an effective adversary who gets good results for his clients through hard work, concern for his clients' well-being, and solid legal skills. I recommend you consider putting your legal problems in Tom's hands, especially if elder abuse is involved. He's quite good, and so is his staff."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
