Shelly L. Morgon

Hands down Shelly Morgan is the best family lawyer in the Redding area. I have been in and out of court for the past two years and she has fought tooth and nail for my rights to visitation and custody. I have seen the other family lawyers and none of them compare. Shelly went above and beyond while assisting me with a child custody case. Last October, my ex petitioned the court for 50/50 of our two children. At that time, I had full legal/physical custody with visitation at my discretion (since 2013). For a number of sensitive reasons, one being that he res...ides out of state and that the children wanted to continue living with me on a full-time basis, I determined that continued full custody would be in the best interest of the children. I consulted with Shelly, who was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. From the moment I first met her, I can say with 100% certainty that she was everything I was looking for in an attorney and then some. I can't begin to explain how professional and courteous she was.
