Shelly L. Morgon

Hands down Shelly Morgan is the best family lawyer in the Redding area. I have been in and out of court for the past two years and she has fought tooth and nail for my rights to visitation and custody. I have seen the other family lawyers and none of them compare. Her secretary Savannah is always sup...er nice and even reminds me of court dates and to turn in paperwork the courts need. If you want the best and you want to win this is the team you need.

Shelly went above and beyond while assisting me with a child custody case. Last October, my ex petitioned the court for 50/50 of our two children. At that time, I had full legal/physical custody with visitation at my discretion (since 2013). For a number of sensitive reasons, one being that he res...ides out of state and that the children wanted to continue living with me on a full-time basis, I determined that continued full custody would be in the best interest of the children. I consulted with Shelly, who was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. From the moment I first met her, I can say with 100% certainty that she was everything I was looking for in an attorney and then some. I can't begin to explain how professional and courteous she was. Through it all, she made me feel at ease. She handled all the paperwork efficiently and made this rough season as comfortable as possible. She arrived to every court appearance early and voiced the issues at hand with confidence and assertiveness. She fought to get both my children their own attorney, which the judge granted. Shelly is wonderful. Where do I even begin? She helped me tremendously.
