Biography
I have been involved and working in the criminal justice system for most of my adult life. I am a former Probation Officer, District Attorney, Judge Pro Tempore, and for the past 23 years in private practice as a Criminal Defense Attorney. I believe in, and fight agressively for, the rights of the accused resulting in sucessful outcomes for thousands of Shasta County clients.
Additionally, I am a former Superior Court self-help attorney in the facilitator's office, and handle family law matters: Dissolution, Child Support, Modifications,Orders and Judgments as counsel of record or on an attorney guided self-help basis with very reasonable fees.
