I have had the pleasure of working with David Clark in the function of General Counsel for my company for the past three years. During this time, my small business has grown from 7 employees to over 30. He has resolved legal issues from hiring to business litigation. He even helped us weather our ...first OSHA visit. My divorce experience started in 2006. After two years of litigation the court of Appeals mediated a settlement that allowed my X to stay in our home until it sold at which time I would recover a substantial portion of the equity. Eight years later my X was still in the house, collecting rents, I was... paying the payments and it seemed to me the house would never sell with my X in it. Then I hired David to figure out how to enforce the original judgment. David worked tirelessly and expertly to modify the judgment in a way that gave me control of the sales process. My X received an eviction date, left the home and rents are now paid to me. David also handled post trial motions to vacate the modified ruling and also handled the appeal. During the process, David kept me informed, provided expert advice, prepared all of the necessary legal documents and never failed to answer a question when asked.
