David Clark was recommended to me after I had been through three attorneys, all of whom took my money and then did nothing to get the matter resolved. I was an abused wife with a criminal case against me for domestic violence initiated by my husband. My criminal attorney would not return my calls. I first met David Clark during a dispute over building code enforcement. I had recently joined a firm engaged in the construction of new facilities which the City had compliance concerns and issued a stop work order. David was the attorney the company had asked to address the issues. Within days, Dav...id had scheduled a round table meeting between myself another company representative and all of the City managers. In that meeting, David got the agreement of the Company and all of the City Managers to a code enforcement plan that would lift the stop work order and permit the desired construction.
