David G. Clark

I hired David Clark earlier this year. David Clark was referred to me by a friend, and I could not be happier choosing to select him to represent me in my divorce and custody case. He should be an example for law firms nationwide. He allowed me to be involved in every aspect of my case from the first... phone call, making decisions with me, not for me, and ensuring that I understood each process and step along the way. David has excellent communication skills, is readily available to answer my questions, and responds quickly to assist with any issues that come up unexpectedly. David not only provided an impeccable service but is also very empathetic to my situation at hand. The cold-hearted stigma I had previously associated with lawyers quickly dissipated when I started working with David. At first I had high hopes with David, we went to court about 4 times, as the case went on it was like everything we discussed got thrown out. The defendent in the case lost the right to overnights, then he put the defendent on the stand, he just lied never turned in anything and then David agreed to... everything against our wishes.. When I addressed these issues I was told that they already made a judgment so matter what we did it was not going in our favor. Now we are stuck, out a whole bunch of money and the child is still being mistreated.
