Biography
April Stratte specializes in representing individuals who have been the victims of serious wrongdoing. Since the inception of her legal career, Ms. Stratte has exclusively practiced in the area of personal injury including motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death and product liability matters. Over the years, Ms. Stratte has gained invaluable experience as to the best methods of tailoring her strategy and communication to meet each of her client’s needs. She has a wide range of skills including spearheading client interviews, case analysis, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Ms. Stratte goes to bat for countless people in physical and mental anguish, and recovers the compensation that they deserve.
Ms. Stratte earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in law and society from the University of California, Davis. While at UC Davis, she interned as a law clerk with numerous law firms. After graduating, Ms. Stratte moved to Southern California and attended Western State University, College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and was a merit scholarship recipient. Ms. Stratte was also a member of the Business Law Association and the Criminal Law Association.
Outside the office, Ms. Stratte enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring the beauty of Northern California with their Labradoodle. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, Pilates, golf, and snowboarding.
