Collin M Bogener

Collin M. Bogener is an attorney with an emphasis on real estate and business law. He also provides legal counsel to various public entities in the northern California area on issues ranging from abatement warrants to the Brown Act. He holds the title of City Attorney for the City of Anderson and City Attorney for the City of Corning.  He is a member of the California State Bar and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Northern districts, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, Mr. Bogener was designated as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers rating service in the San Francisco Magazine.  The Rising Star is given to no more than 2.5 percent of California practicing attorneys who are under the age of 40 or who have been practicing for less than 10 years.

From 2013 through 2015, Mr. Bogener sat on the board for the Shasta-Trinity Counties Bar Association, and held the position of President in 2014.  He continues to remain an actively involved member of the organization.  He is also a board member with the United Way of Northern California, and is a member of Redding East Rotary.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and attending local events that occur in Shasta County throughout the year.
