My homeowner's insurance claim was denied when I told them I turned off my heat before leaving for Christmas vacation. My attic pipes froze and burst, resulting in my home being flooded for three days. A friend referred me to Ray and within two days, he found the case law that supported my claim and ...communicated with the insurance company. They agreed to pay for the clean-up and repairs. This was a messy case involving asbestos, mold and code upgrades, made more difficult because of weather delays. It took six months to resolve.
