Raymond Clarence Oleson

I recently engaged Ray Oleson to represent me as the plaintiff in a complex real estate partition case that involved the involuntary division of jointly held residential property. The case involved multiple complex legal issues not the least of which included the defendants attorney refusing to step... aside as a result of a conflict of interest. Ray demonstrated he is a very articulate and persuasive attorney as he successfully prevailed in all the major legal issues disputed in the case including the court disqualifying the defendant attorney.
