I had been sifting through difficult custody case myself, until I realized that I was too emotionally involved to express my concerns to the court/judge appropriately and clearly. Miriam and her team, were quick to respond to all my inquiries (emails and calls), questions and read through ALL of the ...documents submitted (lots). I am grateful for her help & compassion (and the entire office staff). She is a straight shooter, that tells it like it is - which is everything I want in an attorney! THANK YOU!

She is intelligent, knowledgeable about court proceedings. She cares that things are done correctly and she will tell it to you straight. I loved that she will not take crap from her client or the other side. If you are not doing something right she will let you know, but she fights for her clients a...nd gets results.

I went to a consultation and I regret every minute of it. Very judgemental and jumps to conclusions. I went to seek help and ended up being degraded and disrespected. I did find someone to represent me who is actually helping a lot. I guess things happen for a reason. I would not waste your time with... Mcnally. If there is ANY amount of work that she thinks she might have to do, she will hang you out to dry because she is too lazy to do the work. I have never seen any one so unprofessional. Sad really.
