This attorney charged me for a consultation only to refuse to take me on because my ex's attorney was Les Hait. I waited for nearly an hour AFTER our appointment time and spoke for nearly 30 minutes. She wasted an hour and a half of my time and money I could not afford to just "throw away". I was ...asked over the phone who my husbands attorney was, she had ample time to cancel the appointment. During my wait I could hear her yelling at her employees, threatening that if she didn't get paid, neither would they. The poor young ladies seemed very nervous and unclear on what to do next. When I asked if she was always like that one replied "I'm not going to say anything, I need my job". Like another poster pointed out, she acted as if she was a devout, loving, fair, forgiving Christian during the meeting, which un-nerved me since I had just heard her verbal abuses to her staff minutes before. I would suggest anything but hiring her.

This lawyer pretended to be Christianlike but once hired, she not only didn't do the things she said she would, but forgot what she said she'd do! She didin't do ANYTHING! She had her assitant named Melissa as well do everything, and she made soooo many mistakes I couldn't keep up with her !! She ke...pt giving my ex my stuff and everytime I'd call to tell her to fix it, they charged me! Even on the third or 4th request, they charged me! The girl answering the phone was rude and mean when I told her I was frustrated with the lack of service ! DO NOT HIRE HER !!

This Attorney is one of the most incompetent attorneys I have ever met. She tries to sell herself as being compassionate with an ability to resolve things through mediation. Unfortunately she is none of those things. In the Courtroom she is unable to follow instructions from judges and is never pr...epared. She always has an excuse of not having received documentation from other parties or has misread court calendars. She shows up in the wrong courtroom or is always late and is never prepared, does not read declarations filed by opposing parties prior to court, and then tries to tell the judge she just received the document, even though dated days and sometimes weeks before. Unfortunately all of the above isn’t the worst. Here’s where it gets really bad. She will continue to take your money and tell you that there is a hope of winning even after losing on your issues multiple times she will continue to appeal with no bases for the appeal. The only interest she has is your money. As far as trying to mediate with opposing sides, there is never any compromise. Her only goal is to continue to litigate your case for as long as she can so as to optimize the amount of money she can get from you. My advice you’re better off on your own than to have her as an attorney.
