Even when a dismissal cannot be secured or if a trial is not in your best interest I can help you find many alternatives to going to jail. 

FAMILY LAW:

When it comes to family law cases I am often asked:  At what point do I need to hire an attorney? My answer is:  Right from the beginning! Family law cases can move quickly and before you know it the court has ordered you to leave your home, make outrageous support payments, and rarely see your children. It is less expensive and easier for me to prevent bad outcomes than to fix bad outcomes. If you are invovled in a divorce, child custody dispute, or any other family law matter I am here to agressively pursue your interests.
