I have managed consumer and employment class actions, from initial investigation and filing, to discovery and motion practice, certification, and to final settlement and approval. I am currently handling several employment and insurance bad faith class actions. I also filed the first federal court action against Apple for defects in the the iPhone 4, and filed a landmark case against Zynga and its partner Super Rewards arising from fraudulent offers in games like FarmVille and Mafia Wars.

I have handled several State and Federal False Claims Act cases on behalf of whistleblowers who have exposed companies that have defrauded the government. I also pursue insurance bad faith cases.

I have extensive experience handling individual employment cases, primarily wrongful termination and retaliation, that have involved race discrimination, sex discrimination, and retaliation against against whistleblowers.

I have handled and successfully resolved several large personal injury cases involving serious injury or death. I have handled cases involving product liability, medical malpractice, fetal injuries and death, trip and fall or slip and fall premises liability, and auto and trucking collisions.
