Joanne is the best. She was always in the loop with me throughout the years, and we were able to come up with a 50/50 custody schedule that met the needs of my daughter. After 3 years of battling a divorce, JoAnne was able to present something that my ex husband and I were both comfortable agreeing t...o in court. It doesn’t have to be black and white in court. Meaning, one week at dads, and one week at moms. There’s a grey area. There are other options. Talk to her to get you something that your child feels comfortable with. She helped modify 50/50 days as joint days for both parents to see the child. For example: in the AM with the mom with school , and the other parent (dad) in the PM each day after work. I loved this idea. Holidays were also personalized. Allowing us to enter the time we selected and agreed to. Splitting holidays also. Even presenting flexibility with overnights. It doesn’t have to be 4 days off , and 4 days on. That kept me married for years to keep my daughter with me, as she wished. My daughter was no longer at fear of the divorce, but grateful she was heard. Kids should have a voice. Joanne listened to my daughter’s voice. Even though the law has an age requirement, never be afraid to ask for something reasonable. Joanne helped me get reasonable 50/50 schedule. For that, I’m very grateful. Would highly recommend. I actually was referred as a state employee to a program which Joanne wasn’t in. Once we spoke I decided it wasn’t a matter of the money, it was a matter of getting the best quality of life. For that, the services are priceless. I picked her and I knew I could count on her from out first chat at being at Target. She’s a down to Earth woman, a mother, and successful business woman like myself. We naturally clicked. All of her Assistants knew me and were empathic and cared about the happiness of myself and daughter in the divorce process. Joanne will not only by your attorney, she’ll be someone you can count on.
