Trust and Estate Lawyer

Working with Anne Rosenthal to amend our Trust was a great experience. Our original Trust with Drobny Lay Offices was drafted in 2008 and amended in 2013. Since then many changes happened in our family, finances, the economy and the law. Anne reached out and helped us amend our Trust to continue t...o protect us and our best interests. She made the process extremely east and was very flexible coordinating conference calls especially during the restrictions of COVID-19. We are happy with hiring her and would do it again.

Establishing a Trust

My husband and I set up a living trust through Mrs. Rosenthal on very short notice. We had originally been working with another attorney, but due to his health, he was unable to assist us further. I was referred to Mrs. Rosenthal by two different friends that had already used her services and were ve...ry pleased. Due to a procedure regarding health reasons, we needed to have a trust drawn up in about ten days. Mrs. Rosenthal was very accommodating and met with us for the initial visit and a secondary visit before the final trust was completed before our ten day time frame was complete. I was very impressed with how through and organized Mrs. Rosenthal is and how much detailed she adds into each trust. I would recommend anyone who is in need of estate assistance to her and her law firm.

Amazing Anne

Trustworthy, Efficient Estate Planning

Ann Rosenthal was personable and efficient in working with my husband, daughter and I to write up our living trust. She answered our questions in a manner that was direct and easy to understand. She was calm and patient. Ann was professional but at the same time personal and engaged enough to make... us feel comfortable, more secure. We were dealing with one bank in Southern California and Ann went out of her way to send them the paperwork to complete the Trust. We could not have been more pleased.

Updated Our Personal and Professional Trust Documents

My partner and I contacted Anne Rosenthal to completely update our family’s personal and professional trust documents. She reached back to us in a timely manner and met with us within the week. Her preparation for the meeting was evident in the questions she asked about our documents and the recomme...ndations she made about current and updated California trust law. We hired her on the spot. Anne (and everyone at Drobny Law Offices who supports her) prepared the new trust documentation quickly and efficiently and we returned to her offices to go over the new articles. She explained each revision as we signed the new documents and made suggestions as to how we would proceed in the future as new circumstances arose. A few days later a newly assembled binder containing the updated trust documents was express-delivered to our door. Along with the new trust, Anne included multiple copies of our new cover letter to our trustees and new powers-of-attorney to be sent to all our contacts and included in our luggage for when we travel (in case of emergencies). We highly recommend Anne and her entire team. Her knowledge, promptness, courtesy and care are unparalleled.
