Alex Ghafouri serves employers and insurers in workers’ compensation defense, striving to resolve workplace disputes with fairness, integrity, and compassion. His experience across various legal fields—along with a strong interest in the medical-legal aspects of apportionment, impairment, and causation—drives his commitment to effective, ethical advocacy.

Alex became a provisionally licensed lawyer out of a passion for advocacy, persuasion, and problem-solving. His background in speech, debate and political science fostered a love for analyzing complex issues and understanding how to resolve matters on behalf of clients in the most efficient, cost effective manner.

With mediation training and published work on public policy, Alex brings both analytical skill and professionalism to every case, always aiming to achieve balanced, just outcomes.

Alex enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful girlfriend, Golnaz, and his energetic Pomeranian. He also enjoys new travels, foods and experiences.
