Jonathan A. Sanders is the principal attorney of Business & Real Estate Law Firm PC. Jonathan's practice is 100% devoted to real estate and business matters. Jonathan counsels and advises clients in regard to real estate purchase, lease, and easement agreements; seller financing/rent-to-own contracts; deeds of trust, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure agreements; and more.
Jonathan also represents small, medium, and large businesses across a variety of industries, from restaurants and real estate brokerages to land developers and franchisors-franchisees. He's sought in regard to initial legal entity formation and planning and stays on board as outside general counsel or as needed for one-off or high-stakes projects.
Jonathan is also an experienced litigator with trial and appellate experience. His business experience informs his belief that litigation is a last resort and not a first impulse. But when the need arises, Jonathan is athoughtful, creative, practical, and formidable advocate.
Jonathan resides in Elk Grove with his wife, an educator, and their young children.
