Ms. Miller specializes in federal litigation with an emphasis on federal civil rights. She started her legal career clerking for chief judge Phillip C. Wilkins, United States Dist. Court, Eastern District. From there she proceeded to the United States Attorney's Office as an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 1985-1987. She then started her private practice with the law firm of Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard, as a principal, and then as a partner at the firm of Bartel, Eng, Miller & Torngren. Currently, Ms. Miller is with the firm of Nageley Meredith & Miller, Inc.
