Ray was referred to me several years ago by a colleague who'd experienced a significant hassle after the trouble of a car accident - just as I was experiencing at that time: no returned calls from oposing insurance; misinformation; lack of knowledge regarding documentation...What a relief that recomm...endation was! I'm not interested in dragging anyone through frivilous law suits, but our "system" is so kludgy and one might easily become lost among the details, as I was. Having Ray's support during a time of healing was/is wonderful. With him on my side, I was able to focus on what matters - getting better and back to life as I knew it before an unfortunate event.
