Nicholas Maloof

Nick Maloof is the founding lawyer of the Maloof Law Group. Begun in 2009, but operating in a different form for many years prior, the Maloof Law Group, APC has become Nick’s professional pride and joy.

 

Nick personally has experience in each of the areas of practice in which MLG operates: Family Law, Estate Planning Law and Business and Real Estate Transaction Law, but he focuses his practice on Business and Real Estate matters, while splitting his time as the owner of Maloof Properties, a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm.

 

Having been an attorney for more than a decade, Nick has worked in and with firms of virtually all shapes and sizes, and he knows how to serve a client. He enjoys listening to a client’s story and translating their ambitions into a legal reality, and he does so regularly with a personal professionalism all his own.

 

One particular focus of Nick’s practice is to serve the local business brokerage community regarding their work in pricing, marketing and transferring businesses from one owner to the next. This side of his business and real estate practice includes significant work with commercial leases, as well as contract drafting and review, due diligence process and review, and corporate or LLC entity formation.

 

Despite his business law and real estate law focus, Nick participates in all areas of Maloof Law Group’s practice, actively meeting and conferring with his fellow attorneys and staff to give rise to the best solutions to client problems.

 

Nick graduated from the University of California, Davis campus, with a double major in Political Science and Economics. From there, he simultaneously pursued his law degree from McGeorge School of Law (where he graduated With Distinction) and his Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento campus. Each of the phases in Nick’s education included numerous commendations and awards, but his practical experience demonstrates how he can put excellent academics to good use.

 

On a personal level, Nick is very happily married, lives in Sacramento, and has two young daughters. Most of his spare time is happily spent with them, but his other interests include automobiles and audio/video electronics, as well as politics, social issues, and community service. As a member of the Sacramento community, Nick is active in his church, is the president of the Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento, a board member of the Sacramento Life Center, and is a regular volunteer for various charitable causes in the community, especially those benefiting children.
